Padel Neath – Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Release of Indemnity

1. Assumption of Risk

By booking or using the padel courts at Padel Neath, Abbey Road Industrial Estate, Neath, SA10 7BR, I understand and acknowledge that padel is a physical sport that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Slips, trips, or falls
  • Collisions with walls, equipment, or other players
  • Injuries caused by balls, rackets, or uneven surfaces
  • Muscle strains, sprains, or other physical injuries

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

2. Health & Fitness Declaration

I confirm that:

  • I am physically fit to participate in padel
  • I have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe
  • I will not play under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, I hereby release and discharge Padel Neath, its owners, staff, contractors, and representatives from any liability for:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Loss of belongings
  • Any accident or incident occurring on the premises

This applies whether the injury or damage is caused by:

  • My own actions
  • The actions of other participants
  • The condition of the facilities or equipment

4. Indemnity

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Padel Neath from any claims, demands, or legal actions brought by myself, my family, or any third party arising from my participation or presence on the premises.

5. Use of Facilities

I agree to:

  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
  • Use the courts and equipment responsibly
  • Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately

I understand that failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.

6. Minors (Under 18)

If booking or supervising a minor, I confirm that:

  • I am the parent or legal guardian
  • I accept full responsibility for the minor’s safety
  • I agree to all terms on their behalf

7. Photography & CCTV

I understand that Padel Neath may use CCTV for safety and security. I consent to incidental photographs or footage being used for operational or promotional purposes unless I notify the business otherwise.

8. Agreement

By booking a court, entering the premises, or participating in padel activities at Padel Neath, Abbey Road Industrial Estate, Neath, SA10 7BR, I confirm that:

  • I have read and understood this waiver
  • I accept all risks associated with participation
  • I agree to be bound by this Liability Waiver & Release of Indemnity
